China Tongfu (01763) recently announced that it has signed investment cooperation agreements with a number of companies such as CNNC Industrial Development to jointly participate in the auction of target land in Xiongan New District, Tianjin. The land will be used to develop the CNNC Xiongan Science and Technology Park project, with an estimated total investment of RMB 90 million.
According to the agreement, the project company will be responsible for the auction of the land and subsequent development and construction, including the construction of scientific research offices and supporting residences. China Tongfu is expected to receive 4000 square meters of scientific research office space and 1000 square meters of supporting housing.
The target land is located in Xiongan New Area and is mainly planned for scientific research office and supporting residential land. After the project is completed, it will become the headquarters of CNNC in Xiongan, focusing on the three core functions of technological innovation, international exchanges and high-end services.
China Tongfu said that this move is in line with the company's strategic positioning and will help further develop its irradiation application industry, and use Xiongan New Area's policy advantages to attract professional talents and promote the company's long-term development.
